NAS – Now there was a large herd of swine feeding nearby on the mountain.
NA26 – Ἦν (5713) δὲ ἐκεῖ πρὸς τῷ ὄρει ἀγέλη χοίρων μεγάλη βοσκομένη· (5746)

NAS – Jesus gave them permission. And coming out, the unclean spirits entered the swine; and the herd rushed down the steep bank into the sea, about two thousand {of them;} and they were drowned in the sea.
NA26 – καὶ ἐπέτρεψεν (5656) αὐτοῖς. καὶ ἐξελθόντα τὰ πνεύματα τὰ ἀκάθαρτα εἰσῆλθον (5627) εἰς τοὺς χοίρους, καὶ ὥρμησεν (5656) ἡ ἀγέλη κατὰ τοῦ κρημνοῦ εἰς τὴν θάλασσαν, ὡς δισχίλιοι, καὶ ἐπνίγοντο (5712) ἐν τῇ θαλάσσῃ.
WH – και επετρεψεν (5656) αυτοις και εξελθοντα (5631) τα πνευματα τα ακαθαρτα εισηλθον (5627) εις τους χοιρους και ωρμησεν (5656) η αγελη κατα του κρημνου εις την θαλασσαν ως δισχιλιοι και επνιγοντο (5712) εν τη θαλασση
